      Ruthann Cressman (nee Rennie), age 82, passed away peacefully on October 21, 2024 at Abington Hospital.
      She was a long-time resident of Trevose, PA. Ruthann was born on April 29, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA, to parents, William R. Rennie and Ruth Anna Rennie (nee Naulty). She attended John Bartram High School. She made a career of being a loving and very caring wife, mother, and childcare provider to many children she had considered her own. She was always willing to lend an ear to listen or a shoulder to lean on.

      Ruthann, in her younger years, volunteered at thrift shops and Girl Scouts. She enjoyed dancing. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family, playing games, attending events, parties, baking cookies and watching all her grandchildren and great grandchildren play and grow up.

      Ruthann was preceded in death by mother, Ruth Anna Rennie, her father, William R. Rennie, and her sister, Elizabeth Rennie.

      Ruthann is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, William D. Cressman, daughters; Elizabeth A. Weaver (Richard), Sharon L. Morgan (Dayne) and Nancy C. Amero (Keith), brothers; William Rennie and James Rennie (Holly). She was Grandmom/Memom to eleven grandchildren; Melissa, Breanna, Tyler, Brandon, Brittany, Alec, Chad, Luke, Juliana, Blake and Colleen and five great grandchildren; Taylena, Nasir, Li`arra, Violet & Jonas. She also had many nieces and nephews.

      There will be A Celebration of Life in her honor on Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm (a small service will be held at 12:00 pm) at Feasterville Fire Hall, 20 Irving Place, Feasterville, PA 19053.
