    Text Will of William Dobbyn, Waterford City, Gent. To be buried in family vault under Vestory of Cathedral Church, Waterford. To eldest son Andrew, attorney, 5/- he having violently & without application for my consent ingrossed & converted to his own use £500 & upwards of my effects. To second son William, housecarpenter & hard-ware Dealer, £150. Other legacies to wife Elizabeth Dobbyn alias Hoy & son Michael. Remainder to Andrew & heirs, & failing, heirs, to William, son of Robert Dobbyn, Esq., Recorder of Waterford. To poor of Waterford Romans as well as Protestants £10, no more than 5/1 nor less than 1/1 each. Executor Kinsmen & friends Shapland Carew, Esq., & Robert Dobbyn, Esq. Present Sam Clayton, Joseph Robbins, Dillon, Oliver Keating. 3rd Apr 1769 - Administration of foregoing by son Michael Dobbyn
