| Text | This is the last will and Testament of Henry Smithwick Esqr. late of Pegsboro, but now of Barnlough in the County of Tipperary where he has been residing for many years with his brother Peter Smithwick Esqre revoking and making void all former wills or will made by him at any time, heretofore, First I give devise and bequeath to my said Brother Peter Smithwick and to his heirs and assigns All that and those the Town and Lands of Pegsborough in the said County of Tipperary as now held by George Bradshaw Esqre and the rent issues and profits of the same Second I give leave and bequeath to my said Brother Peter Smithwick and unto my Brother [nephew?] Thomas S Manning of Ruan Lodge Esqre All that and those that part of the Lands of Coolaronga which I now hold under Lord Portarlington share and share alike and the rents issues and profits of same during my term of Lease of said Lands Third I give and bequeath to my said brother Peter Smithwick the Sum of £5.5.0 Stg. amount of a Judgment Bond due to me of Peter Smithwick of Suir Ville in the said County of Tipperary Esquire together with all interest due thereon to pay and satisfy my said Brother Peter Smithwick for a sum of £0, which I now owe him and for which he has my promissory note 4th I leave and bequeath to my nephew Robert Smithwick son of my late Brother George Smithwick the sum of £0 Stg which is to be paid to him out of my property (except Pegsborough) but not to be paid to him for two years after my Decease this last _ of £0 is to be paid out of the Lands of Coolaronga by my said Brother Peter Smithwick and my said Nephew Thomas S. Manning share and share alike, 5th I leave and bequeath to my said Brother Peter Smithwick a Policy of Insurance in the Sun office in Clonmel on the life of Peter Smithwick of Suirville for three hundred pounds with the amount of all money paid by receipts or otherwise on account of said Insurance I having only receivd two years Policy from the said Peter Smithwick of Suirville 6th I leave and bequeath to my sister in Law Eliza Smithwick wife of my said Brother Peter Smithwick and to her daughter Eliza my Mare _ bar and harness I leave my Library Books, Book Case and Secretary to my Nephew Thomas Smithwick Eldest son of my said Brother Peter Smithwick. I leave my writing desk to my Nephew Robert son of my said Brother Peter Smithwick And lastly I constitute and appoint my said Brother Peter Smithwick and my said nephew Thomas S.
