To the Register appointed by Act of Parliament for Registering Deeds Wills & So Forth

A Memorial of an Indented Deed of Annuity bearing date the twenty fourth day of October in the year of our Lord One thousand and Eight Hundred and Twenty two And made between Peter Smithwick the Younger of Suirville in the county of Tipperary Esq. of the first part, Prudence Edwards of Dorset Street in the City of Dublin Widow of the Second part And Solomon Speer of the said City of Dublin Esq. of the third part reciting as therein is recited that in Cons'on [consideration] of the Sum of Six Hundred Pounds Sterling in hand paid by the said Prudence Edwards to the said Peter Smithwick for the Purchase of an Annuity of Seventy Six Pounds Seven Shillings for the life of said Peter Smithwick, And the said Peter Smithwick in Cons'on of said Sum of Six Hundred Pounds as paid to aforesaid the receipt of Payment of which Cons'on is thereby acknowledged, did give grant sell and Confirm unto the said Prudence Edwards her heirs Exors admin and assigns for the terms of his natural life one Annuity clear yearly Sum of Seventy Six Pounds Seven shillings of lawful money of Ireland free from all deductions whatsoever _ to _ Charges and Chargeable upon and issuing -- payable had and received out of and from that part of the Lands of Athassell Abbey and Ballycannon therealso Suirville with their Appurtenances as then in the Possessions of said Peter Smithwick the Younger and tenanted by Edward Dwyer and John Ryan Tenants of the said Peter And which land Premises are Situated in this Parish of Golden and County of Tipperary To hold in the said Prudence for the life of said Peter S_ to be paid and payable at No. 25 Dorset Street in Said City by two even and equal half yearly payments on every first of May and first of November in each year the full payment to be made on the first day of May next, And said Deed further recited that in order to Secure the Due and punctual payment of Said Annuity to the said Prudence Edwards her exors admins and assigns and in Cons'on of the Sum of Ten Shilling Sterling to the said Peter in hand paid by the said Solomon Speer the said Peter did grant deed assign unto the said Solomon Speer his Exors admins and assigns All that and Those the Said Lands and Premises aforesaid to hold for the Term of Fifty years Provided said Peter thereto so long live and Upon the several trusts and agreements therein hereto, And Said Deed contains a Covenant or Clause of Redemption at or after three years from the date thereof and giving Six Months notice ending with the year And also Contains several other Clauses and Covenants as are usual in such Cases, And Said Deed and this Memorial are respectively Witnessed by John Ross of the City of Dublin, Solicitor, and Alex J. Kerr of same City Gent. as to the Execution thereof by said Peter Smithwick the Younger-

The above named Alex J. Kerr Maketh oath and saith he is a Subscribing Witness to this Deed of which the above writing is a Memorial and also to the Memorial, and Saith he saw said Deed and this Memorial respectively signed sealed delivered and executed by the above named Peter Smithwick Junior and Deponent saith the named Alex J. Kerr subscribed as Witness to said Deed and this Memorial respectively is this Depts. proper name and handwriting, And Saith he Delivered said Deed and this Memorial to Oliver Moore Esq., Deputy Register at the Registry Office Inns Quay Dublin Ireland at or near the Hours of Three of the clock in the afternoon of the twenty sixth day of October 1822
